What does "Reference" do?

Click on the "Reference" button on the Guidescope Menu to open your favorite on-line reference in a new window.

Why would I want to do this?

You can consult on-line references anytime without leaving the page that you're viewing. The selection of references includes dictionaries, thesauruses, and the Guidescope Manual.

Once we had our favorite on-line reference tool available on our desktop we found that we used it daily!

How do I get a "Reference" button?

The "Reference" button is optional and is part of how you can customize your Guidescope Menu. Add the "Reference" button to your Guidescope Menu using your User Profile page.

How do I set up my favorite on-line reference?

Your favorite on-line reference is part of your user profile, which you can edit on your User Profile page. Once you have installed our free software, you will find a hyperlink to your User Profile settings at the top and bottom of pages on our Web site.
