What does "Search" do?

Click on the "Search" button on the Guidescope Menu to open your favorite search engine in a new window.

Why would I want to do this?

A new window gives you a fresh start with each search. You don't have to leave the site that you are viewing to start a new search.

How do I set up my favorite search engine?

Your favorite search engine is part of your user profile, which you can edit on your User Profile page. Once you have installed our free software, you will find a hyperlink to your User Profile settings at the top and bottom of pages on our Web site.

When you first install our software, we supply a default search engine. You can change your search engine on your User Profile page.
